Not uncommon on a number of bikes. This is very different than a high speed wobble. Usually keeping one hand on the bars is enough to stop it from starting. Start with the correct tire pressure.

Agree. Try a different tire next time.

Since you are having questions about your new bike, why not take it back to the dealership and ask them, maybe it's something other than the tire, who knows.

Check to see if their is a paint mark on the side of the tire. That mark should line up with the valve.
