From what I've read, it seems like Denver will only be checking motorcycles for the EPA stamp on their exhaust and will not actually be checking the actual volume (db). Why not create a set of "Denver Specials" by boring out stocks pipes to the point that they could shatter concrete?

 

Because that would be the very thing to entice them to

Also, the law specifically prohibits modifying pipes to make additional noise.

 

It sounds like **** that way as well.

 

People having the need to shatter concrete with loud pipes is why these laws are getting passed to start with.
