Running down to Ft Meyers on Tuesday so, will have 1,000 miles on it by Friday. Already have an appointment for the 1,000 service on Friday.

I only plan on the dealer doing the 1,000, 25,000 and 50,000 service. All others will be done by me.

So far, it is very comfortable, VERY POWERFUL and the suspension is amazing.

Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm loving it so far.
I want to hear more about the suspension. I stepped off my Ultra Limited the other day and rode a new Street Glide Special. Felt like I was riding a hardtail.

Congrats, I'm loving mine, I also just did the sissy bar and engine guard with highway pets, oh and black levers. I'm not touching the pipes, it's quiet but I'm nervous about the warranty.

Congrats! I'm loving mine, too. Not sure yet about pipes, not really liking the quiet sound, but I'm in no hurry to start changing more than cosmetic bits.

Looks like the only option we have is the Screaming Eagle pipes. They still have the cats in them so.....

I hate it but, will wait for the warranty to run out before I change them.

I'm leaning to stay stock, loud pipes are nice but I can hear my music, and after the warranty I want an extended one and they can deny anything as well.

From what I've seen on here and on my short visit to the States a few weeks ago, the '18s seem to be flying out of the showroom, contrary to popular prediction...

Nice bike, BTW. That's one of the ones I actually got to see in person on my trip back to the States...
