The gloves in the picture I found at the dealer, when I first saw them I asked the girl who worked there how much? She said 100$. I said that nuts, when I put them on I thought of an old Jim Morrison poem when he said(her blank gripped him like a worm glove) I love these gloves, are they worth a 100$ probably not.

My preference is heated, 12v gloves with a controller. They cost just enough that you'll be careful where you leave them.

Napa Gloves - Deerskin Gauntlet with Thinsulate. About $40. Great glove for moderately cold temps.

It's not the temperature it's the wind. Hippo hands and small heat source will actually allow you to go much colder than any glove will. With 5 watts of heat from a power handling resistor on each bar and hippo hands I used to wear cotton jersey gloves in the low 20's to high teens and ride 20 miles home from work at 3 in the morning. Those were the days when paying rent and bills was tough and I had to improvise Now I wear heated gloves and have heated grips.

Cool, I think you'll like them. Get a pair of super thin liner gloves, they'll add 10deg's of warmth. Enjoy.

Bilt are garbage for the most part, hence the chinese-made price point.
