Not pleased with the tire mileage...
#21
It's pushing 20k miles since I put new 402's on my 95 Heritage.. My front tire is "still " in excellent shape. Rear tire needed replaced just a couple thousand miles ago. Anyone else get this good of mileage? Half my riding is 2-up and I would say that I definately don't beat on it....but I don't ride like an ole geezer either.

I've been seeing a lot of Shinko's 777 Cruiser tires and the 230 tour masters on all different bikes . And because of the upward spiral of tire prices. Shinko's are probably my next tire !
Unless someone puts out a tire with 13/32 tread depth on it.

Averaged between 10-12K on the Avon's I like but the shovels only a 600lbs bike, nothing like these land barges we ride today. My RK tips it at 825lbs .........
