Default Softail Slim front turn signal // fork clamps

I’d like to move the front OEM turn signals off my ‘17 Slim to the forks. I believe the official specs for the forks are something like 41.3mm. I’ve looked on a couple of aftermarket websites for 41mm clamps, but they have both told me that they will not fit my bike. Are they wrong, or do I have to buy a bigger clamp?

(Shoot - I meant to post this under the Softail section. Mods, my apologies. Please move if you need to.)

Don't see how you can mount them to the forks, but might be able to mount then to the lower fork covers. They look a lot larger than 41mm. Here is an image of a Slim with the turn signals screwed on side of forks. This would be a better option. IMO.

Yeah, I did think about that. There is a thread on relocating the lights on a Slim or a Fat Boy, and someone mentioned just getting some screws and cutting them down to size.

I think the clamps would look a bit better, and I swear I've seen a pic with a Slim that uses them, but I just can't find it.

I purchased some Memphis Shade relocation brackets and they have worked great
