Default Repairing scratched black exhaust pipes

Last week my bike tipped over in my driveway. Luckily the crash bar did it's job and protected all the delicate areas and my paint. The only damage was to the under neath side of my exhaust pipe heat shields. I had a can of this in my garage and luckily it matched 100% perfect. So if you have black pipes from Vance and Hines and you need to touch up some scratches, use this stuff.

Rustoleum makes some pretty high quality paints...I'm a big fan of their automotive gloss black...handles great and lays down almost as good as HVLP stuff...

Did you re-paint the entire pieces,or just mask off and spot spray?Turned out really nice.

Hey I have some scratches on my Black Vance and Hines slip ons. Did you tape around
the areas and touch up just the scratches? Or did you repaint the whole shield? Thanks
