Tires on a Fat Bob

I bought a 2011 fat bob with 18" chrome Harley wheels. 200 Rear and 130 Front tires, they are Dunlop Bias. feels stiff corning. I was wondering if changing to Radials would help? Or, do you think it has to do with the difference in width F/B?
