aka, hondabrite. the hondabrite is a different formula than it used to be and is not as good. the old formula is now sold under the 'original bike spirits' mo****r. obs can be found at my local Walmart for $5.95 can. or the local metric shop for $6.95

I just picked up a bottle of this and I have to say it worked very well. No streaks and a great shine

About a year ago I switched to Wizard products, I really like it and feel its as good if not better than Mequiar's. However the biggest reason I use it is that I can get it at cost through my son's shop which makes it more economical than buying Mequiars from a store. The Wizards stuff is also good on both paint and chrome and in addition works on Lexan

That's what I use as well.

Looks like great minds think alike, and in this case great minds are from the same place.

I don't mind a dirty bike. It's proof that I've been riding. However sometimes you just have to clean it up.

I used to use Original Bike Spirits. It worked well in a pinch and left the paint looking great, but it left an oily film that attracted more dust.

I've since become a fan of the 303 Speed Detailer. It removes the bugs and any oils I pick up but doesn't leave any residue.

I've been using Meguiar's Ultimate Quick Detailer for years. Available everywhere. Works great.

I also have had good results with Pig Snot spray detailer

Topcoat is "Supposed" to be a coating. Reports from detailers on forums I belong to is that it is over priced and I won't say what else. There are way better coatings on the market then Topcoat.
There has been many threads about instant detailers. I don't use them personally because I try and keep all of my detailing products at a self imposed limit. I have thousands of dollars wrapped up in detailing supplies; machines, pads, MF towels, compounds, polishes, coatings, sealants, and a few waxes. One of the best all around products to have is a waterless wash, in concentrate form. Many good ones out there, BlackFire, Wolfgang, Ultima, Pinnacle, etc. 1oz of product to 48oz of distilled water for the one I use. You can wash your bike with it, remove bugs, use it for quick remover of dust. Many applications.
$29 for the bottle and it makes 6 gallons of wash, I'd say thats economical. Waterless wash is way slicker than a detailer and cleans better than any other product mentioned.
Ive mixed up 4oz bottles for friend and let them try it and after the first use they order their own.
