Just wanted to say a heads up for the outstanding service quality by Howard with Motorcycle metal. Ordered some Ohlin shocks for my 2017 HD Road King Special just before the hurricane was approaching his business in Florida. Finalized my order just after it passed, Howard, probably working by candlelight at times, got my order finished and sent them out. One thing about Howard the way he does business, it's not just sell you the shocks, but along with setting them up personally for you, he details out the installation and setup when you install to get the best possible ride experience. This was the second time I ordered from Howard, both great experiences. In previous purchases from Progressive and Works before getting Ohlins, it seems their service stops after the sale, never was satisfied with the ride on either of those other shocks. Found Howard through HDforums, plus he offers a nice discount for forum members. Highly recommend.
