This is fake news. I've been to many Harley dealers hundreds of times, and never got my d--- sucked once.

Me either but to be honest I quit going in there after they hired the dude with the nose ring and big holes in his ears. I don't know their policy now...

That is why I will never buy a $40.000 Geezer Glide . Really a radio, GPS ! How about a propane grill and maybe a TV ? Why not just drive a car ? Buy a real motorcycle like a Sporster and get that real motorcycle experience . Just you and the road, no distractions and nothing to brake, usually . You can be riding along and enjoying the sound of that beautiful V-Twin engine, who needs a radio .

So for everyone who has a hog looks like hd customer service on the top sucks I have a cvo limited and the dam radio &gps turn off when riding after being on the bike for a couple hours they replaced it and now it's doing it again so I went back to the dealer they called hd and they will not replace the radio unless they ride the bike but it doesn't happen till you have a lot of time running so I called hd talked to customer support/service and they are so hard to work with all I'm asking for too send a new head unit out to the dealer o ya how do I get back and forth too the dealer and my house ok well that's not their problem ,I looked back and I spent over 85,000 on my last too cvo,s plus a sg,fat boy,and set up my neighbor up and he got a cvo rg I guess they don't care about the people how make their salarys possible

Heres the thing... YOUR DEALERS SERVICE DEPT IS LOADED WITH IDIOTS. If your part burns twice, its not the part. Its whats before it in the chain. Your dealer is either 2 dumb or 2 lazy to diagnose this.. What I dont see (or maybe i missedthisduetoarunonsomewhere is was this even explained calmly to the dealer? This is a local issue, not a moco issue.. Its like the guy who bitches to corporate McDonalds bc his fries were cold..
