Default Ronnie's - FIVE DAYS to put a fuel cap in the mail???

Good grief! Ordered a left side fuel cap last Sunday from Ronnie's. Nearly $40.00 after shipping charges and they didn't put it in the mail until yesterday (Friday). So it's scheduled to arrive next Tuesday.

Meanwhile I discovered that I could have bought the same thing from J&P Cycles and probably had it in my hands LAST Tuesday for about $14.00.

Live and learn.

Well...it pays to shop around. Lesson learned, I'm sure.

Last couple experiences I had with JP, you would have it around Christmas time.

Presumably it wasn't in stock. Boo hoo.

They most likely did not have one on the shelf and got one from the warehouse.
The instant gratification from the internet has spoiled people.
I remember when you got the 3-5 weeks for delivery.

You really don't expect them to have every single part in Stock on the shelf, do you?

That's weird, because my last couple of orders from J&P were shipped the same day or the next.

I know, I know. Boohoo for me. The frustrating thing isn't just the time, but also the money.

Again, live and learn. Ronnie's was $30.00+ for a trip odometer reset **** and I learned that J&P has it for $2.99.

I'll cheer up now.
