If you knew anything about Eric Buell at H-D you would know that he did design the 4 valve heads for the EVO. When he left he wanted to take the design with him and H-D said no. Latter he had them reverse engineered and they were available on the aftermarket. A few Evo owners have them.
It is in many books and articles about Eric, H-D and has been discussed on the Evo forum.

The 4 valve heads that Buell designed had nothing to do with the heads that they are using on this M8 abortion......Stop talking out of the side of your neck.

I remember that they had some re-badged Aermacchi dirt bikes that were essentially junk, right out of the box.
I really don't recall a 114" enduro/all terrain offering.

I meant to say one of their enduros and put the new 114 motor on it. Something like this picture.

Harley never built that either....That's one of the re-badged Aermacchi's that I referred to in my previous post, they were some of the cheesiest, poorly thought out dirt bikes to ever hit Ameican shores.
Harley, or more accurately AMF, marketed those pieces of crap for a minute in a vain effort to try and cash in on the dirt bike craze in the early 70's.
Had they not been total junk....It might have worked.

They may at some point buy a company that already produces that type of bike and re-badge it as a Harley, but that's probably not gonna happen either.
