Okay, the missing disc , hydraulic clutch, and cruise control, probably explain the 100 pound difference between the heritage and road king. I want to know where that hundred extra pounds on my road king

I have been watching a lot of Youtube videos, and the young punks that bang wheelies on Dynas seem to be really digging the 2018 lineup. They kinda lament the passing of the Dyna, but the power delivery and balance of the new bikes is winning them over.
Once they ride them, you can tell that the initial impression is very positive.
I predict that used Dynas will be cropping up in droves for cut rate deals, just give it about 6 months.
I think Harley pegged the future market pretty well this time.

I think my 14 will be with me for the rest of my riding time now.

At this point, the only real classic-looking Harley left is the Road King. That's about the only thing left in the lineup that has somewhat of a traditional look and I am sure in a season or two Harley will even turn that into some futuristic-looking Area 51 vehicle. I can see a lot of folks who want the classic type of style moving to Indian.
Sure. Lifetime warranty until you touch the engine/exhaust, then sorry, but no warranty for you! (in soup **** voice).

Ditto. I think the new bikes suck. I checked them out while I was getting my Dyna serviced. No interest in them at all.
