Take the street 750 vs the fz07

Fz07 is 100 lbs lighter, faster, better handling and a few hundred cheaper

Yup and yup.

There is one thing, and one thing only, that Harley-Davidson does better than any other brand, and that's to look like and feel like a Harley-Davidson.

If you want handling and suspension and braking and performance, you need something else.

Yes, this year's models do that better than previous year's models, but, still 20 years behind everybody else.

The Breakout they show has the 114 in it, so theres some of it.
I wonder why a FatBoy is the same price ($18,999) as a RoadKing, or a Heritage, I must be missing something.

Might be fun, I get that but that thing is as ugly as a box of turds. I'm not an old guy and I buy Harley's for their old school cool. I like that my bike shakes and makes strange noises. I like that it's not the fastest bike around and I like its raw feeling and simplicity.

I think the grey looks like it's primed and ready for paint.

If I wanted a fun bike, top technology .... I would not choose a Harley. I would by a Yamaha or a Ducati...

So why buy a "fun" bike for top money when I can by a Yamaha/Ducati (or other brand) for less money? Just to have the Harley logo on it?

Harley is a "culture", is the sound of the engine, is the a "different way of living" and the MOCO is killing it , is killing that special incense that make Harley different from others

Tell us more! I want to know more about what you thought about it - both good and bad!

I have one on order but won't get my hands on it until September 30th.

However, none of the Softail range (except Fat Bob) comes with twin disc, no hydraulic clutch, and most are missing cruise control as well. Now the Softail range is looking expensive! 🤔😕

You don't need cruise control on a bike with a 3.5 gallon tank
