Anyone familar with Air Shammy blower/dryer?
Was looking to get a blower/dryer for detailing use on the bike. Anyone familiar with Air Shammy? http://www.airshammy.com/ I thought about a Makita bower but it's not filtered so particles have the potential to damage the finish. Because of that I am looking at other options. Harley sells a similar device comments on that model are welcome as well. These devices are pricey, but I don't mind spending the $ if they work and are long lasting (read 10 plus years).

I bought the HD blower in 2014. I use it every time I wash my bike and it still works great.
I use the extension that narrows the air flow. It lets me focus on a smaller area so I can dry the bike one piece at a time. My water is real hard, so I have to rinse a section then blow it off following the dryer with a small dish rag and then move on to the next section.
I prefer the smaller size over a leaf blower because it lets me get in the tight spots with the blower in one hand and a rag in the other.
I doubt it makes much difference in dry time, but I also like the way it heats the air. I dry my rag as I'm going along and I only need one dish rag to dry a Road King.

Geesh, I've heard it all now. I use my air compressor or a towell to dry my seat (to help prevent swamp ***) should I happen to wash my motorcycle immediately before going for a ride. So far this summer, been washed three times. (not counting rain)
You should get a "Hello Kitty" hair dryer and only use it on low, or you risk damaging the paint molecules.
