Me where I could get a rebuild kit for a Keihin

No idea on that kit but a rebuild kit is not needed 99.9% of the time. I guess there's something for everyone with money. What are you trying to do or fix? Most times you can disassemble, clean and reassemble.

I have a 73 Ironhead with a Mikuni on it
Now that idles great but falls on its face
when you take off. I also have the original
carb and the screamin eagle, not sure what my best option is?

Money-wise I guess I should take them apart, clean them up and see which one works best.

Hopefully someone here will have some input on what's best for an Ironhead but you will likely get more responses if you post an intro message and show you're not a drive-by.

Pull apart, clean, visually inspect, check for cracks/holes in rubber - that's most of the battle. I think the rebuild kits are convenient but overkill unless you actually assess the carb first.

Then there's carb to manifold boot, intake seals, what jets you have , what your bike setup is - etc. May want to settle in for a while if you want to get that thing running like a top.

If it's the Screaming Eagle carb from the late 80s, those were (from what I read at the time) a repurposed snowmobile carburetor. Not sure if they were ever popular enough for a rebuild kit to be available.
I know when I had it I made the dealer give me my money back because they couldn't tune it.

If we're talking Keihin butterfly carb as the original, sell it, throw it awake, whatever you will, just don't put it on the bike. They're a PITA.

Now you state the Screamin Eagle is a Mikuni? Is it an HSR flat slide? If so, you should be able to find a reasonably priced rebuild kit for it. ~$40 anywhere you look online.

If you'd like a good mix of performance and MPG, find a used CV (preferably one with an accelerator pump, I found on on eBay that just needed rebuilt for $35). If it's an HSR Mikuni, it uses the same intake manifold as the CV.

Good luck with whatever you choose.
