OMG! Never seen or felt that myself. But that video will make me a new man. What is reason behind it? What's the cure to prevent.

I'm still a little nauseous.......

Damn that was hard to watch. I hope he's going to be OK. I don't want to see any pics of his road rash; poor bastard. I have a new found respect for my heavy leather riding jacket and gear.

The information accompanying the video is interesting.

I couldn't believe how stupid he was being especially going so fast!! He obviously did it enough times that I thought to have my phone ready, ha!

It was HORRIBLE! We pulled over on the center median, and Rob moved him off to the right. From where I was, all I could see was that he was covered in red Rob said his bike was HEAVY (hurt his back moving it). And he looked pinned under it while sliding for a good distance.
First, sounds like there was an obvious issue with this bike. Obvious enough that drivers noticed it and somebody had time to take out a smartphone and start filming it.

Second, bet this guy wishes he had taken motorcycle safety a bit more seriously as he most likely looks like a piece of roast beef. He's lucky he's not dead or maimed.

Why would a rider keep going with an obvious safety issue with stability? Loose fork bearings, swing arm loose, axles loose?
