I recently bought a used 2007 road king and during my looking it over I noticed the o2 sensors not plugged in and they appear to have a dummy load plugged into each sensor. can some one tell me what they are? thanks

 

Termination caps. Probably has a power commander or other tuner on it. Check under the seat or side cover for a device plugged in line with the ECM.

 

Is there a tuner on the bike? Where are these plugs plugged into?

 

Well I will have to figure out what the ecm is first--lol These were plugged into the o2 sensor side of the connection, the other side was just stowed. I unplugged them because I purchased a set of nightriders XIED because of the heat problem.
