If you get popped for something in the People's Republik of Kalifornia, take it to the judge and ask if you can get the same deal as Ms. Hilton.

 

I heard she was released early because she couldn't mentally stand to be in a room alone with Books...

It just makes me angry that the average person would have to serve every minute of their sentence but the rich and imfamous get off with a slap on the wrist. Look at these big name sports figures... its the same thing. What kind of lessons are these people teaching our kids, because for better or worse, they ARE role models.

She's just a little hoe with a lot of money, put her back in jail in the general population just like you or I would get. Maybe we can get another video out of it

 

If she was smart she could still be driving with a suspended license. If she wasn't driving drunk she wouldn't have gone to jail either. I know if I was driving in her shoes, I wouldn't be partying...Oh well, natural selection at it's finest.

 

There wasa hearing this morning, guess the sentencing judgehas some questions for the sherrifs office, his orders were specific to include no remote monitoring of any kind in this case.
Have not heard the outcome.

 

The "medical condition" was probably withdrawl from drugs and alcohol.

I heard the Sherrif was about two beats from a contempt charge. The judge finally dropped that.
