85% on time also means that 15% are late- and usually late means 30 days past due. That is very likely a component of your low score.
Expect to get sub prime terms on any loan. Wouldn't surprise me that HD Financial would approve you, but likely with a pretty beefy interest rate.
None of my business, but borrowing for this purchase doesn't sound too good of an idea to me.

H.D financial approval odds??
I am not a member of a credit union, although I have gone to one in the past and got denied for a bike way cheaper than the iron. I've done a lot of research on the Iron 883, and I'm not that experienced but have rode before. Everyone says it's a great beginner bike for someone new to riding. It looks great and can always upgrade to the stage 1 kit down the road to a 1200. It's affordable for me being under $10k.

Not exactly
Don't waste your time with Harley. You will get much better % rate from your local bank. Unless you have a great credit rating (750+) your not gonna get a good rate. I have almost an 800 rating and still got better % rate than Harley. They are a PIA to deal with IMO as well. Just my $.02
My 15RK - I got 0.0 from MoCo
My 17 RGU and 17 HSTC I got 4.00%
A bike does not finance out the same way a car does... My bank where I have my morgage, 2 car loans and my business banking, they wanted 7.9 for a bike..

I got just as good of a rate thru HD financial as anywhere else I looked. And they were super easy to work with. Same place I bought the bike
An interesting side note, I am paying well ahead of my scheduled payments, to save a few bucks interest. Anyway I find it interesting that each month they send me a statement for $0.00 due, but I always send the payment with extra principal anyway. Other loans I've paid ahead still require the regular payment each month, but not apparently HD Financial.
