Question Brake question with A Humm

I just moved across country, I loaded my 75 Fl N 2003 Dyno into the trailer (rode them both up to that day and into the trailer, they work great) , they sat in the trailer for 6 weeks (a in close tailer) when I got here and we unloaded them, neither one had brakes (front or rear) , the brakes have always up and working great, there was no signs of leakage, and the bowel are down. any idea's?

2nd: the 75 shovel has develop a miss on the trip sitting in the trailer also , it's a 96 inch, build last year.

lol never have I had this happen.

Hope this is where I'm suppose to post this if not I apologize in advance

Only thing I can think of is pulling the trailer through altitude changes added air bubbles to the brake fluid. Did you try pumping the brake levers to get a firm pedal/lever?

The shovel I'd try cleaning or replacing the plugs. Big inchers can sometimes be funny about air density & humidity changes, weird but I've seen it before.
