Dude!@
OMG, you can't even be bothered with checking tire size,, and you have to join a forum to ask?
35seconds into a google search and the first link tells me an MU85B16 is a 140/90.
So I guess YEAH go for it,, the 180/65 will be a drop in,, NO Problem.
My answer is the same as your question and took longer to type then it did to look up..

the old standard is you can fit a ONE size bigger tire in most bikes without doing mods to the rear end...
140 to a 180 you'll need a frame oversize kit...

Where in the hell is he supposed to find out these random things if he doesn't ask? That's what forums are for, not for trying to bust peoples' chops.

In the Owner's Manual for his bike or from the dealership. Putting the wrong sized tire on a motorcycle can have catastrophic consequences.

No, I'm referring to the douchebag busting chops above. I know that the owners manual and service manual specify the tire that the bike was designed for. But, there are others that may fit, and they aren't listed in said manual. That's what he was asking about.

This is what we have forums for.

I'd also be concerned about the brand and tire model. As well, not buying from a known reputable seller, you don't know what you are getting, such as;
- blem
- rejects
- old age
- knock off...

I'd stick with, a good brand/model, from a known good seller, and try to save money somewhere not as important.
