Go to a dealership and see which one looks good, that fits you the best and buy it. Another way is if a dealership has a demo day and test ride every bike that you like and choose it that way. After all, it's your choice and I can't and won't tell you which one to get because everybody has their own preference on which one feels and looks the best to them and that they can afford. Good luck.

I'm 6'2" and when I was 180 (in my 20s) i looked 'sort of normal', but skinny. I became a vegetarian for a girl and dropped down to 160 (which i think of as equivalent to 180 and 6'7". and i was told i looked anorexic. I felt fine, but decided it was to skinny and came to my senses and started eating meat.

Didn't mean to offend you. I wish i could get back down to 210-220# right now. I am way to heave at 240#.

to answer your first question, I do know of a tall guy who rides a bagger and had 2" extensions for his foot-boards. Perhaps you could look into that.

6'6" 195 without shoes on 😜. I ride an 06 Road King. Put 16" apes on, kuryakyn extended floorboard mounts, extended brake and shifter pegs, and highway bar foot pegs. The issues you will most like run into are windshield height. Having a long torso will put you higher up and although it's a minor issue most of the time, any freeway riding will get you some nasty buffeting from the wind. So you can add a taller windshield to combat that.
my torso is shorter than yours but legs are longer by a couple inches. You will be fine on a SG. I want one so bad.

Started on a Suzuki Intruder 800. I dwarfed that thing but it was easy to handle. Was scared to drive my king off the lot. Turned out to be worrying for nothing.

I don't think a Street Glide is a good 1st bike. At all.

That aside, I'm 6-5 and ride a Street Glide. The had to change the seat and add Tall Boys lowering brackets for the floorboards, as well as extended brake and shift pedals. Now it's very comfortable.

I don't disagree with the " Get a light weight starter bike" way of thinking.
I rode a lot 25 years ago with the heaviest bike being an FXRS. Virtually no experience with a 850 plus pound bagger.
My return to riding was with a 2015 Road Glide. Piece of cake, right? Nope. It was a total relearning experience. I picked up a '84 FXRS (200 lbs lighter) and retrained myself.
That said, at 6'7'' you will most likely need to move the foot boards outwards and inch and forward 2". Extend the brake pedal and shifter by 2" as well.
The stock seat is also a "no freakin' way!" situation. You will need to move back at least 1.5". Windscreen? I have an 18 incher on my RGS. You may have to experiment with windshield height.
