Harley SIP
Anyone know how to reach the SIP (Service Information Portal) Help Desk? I have an account but it wont let me in, advises to contact the Help Desk. Would be great if they advised how to contact them or had a link!
Trying to gain access to the manuals they have and supposedly grant owners to.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum from central Texas.
On the very bottom right of the SIP homepage is a "Contact us" link.

Bone Doc, Thanks for the tip. I did try that before I posted and would be great for Media Relations, HOG, Online Store, Financial Services, Dealerships, Ideas for Harley and Licensing Dept. Not a single link for Customer Support or Help Desk. Funny, almost seems like they don't want any Customers contacting them???
Still frustrated... HD PLEASE take note!!!

Bone Doc,
Again TY!! I am in Japan (work with the Military) and time diff makes it less than convenient but guess no choice in the matter. Would think in 2017 and email address would be commonplace. Guess I should be happy rather than surprised since most companies don't have a real people phone line and only email. Just hope they aren't farming our CS to "off-shore". Thanks again for the help and input!!!
