I voted yes too. I watch people two cars up in traffic (at lights) looking around to see whee the noise is coming from. Happens a lot. I just don't think it is coincidental.

Maybe. Fact is, if "Homey" gets hit, he files an insurance claim. if I get hit, all I get is dead. I guess for me, THAT is the difference. My pipes also do not use the words Ho, Bitch, Fck, ****, Pu$$y, (N word) etc.... But other than that, loud pipes and loud music are exactly the same, right.

You are correct, in that they are both noise disturbances, and there are laws against both !!

I don't "blip." That annoys me too.
