Absolutely.
I could record a new video for this every day riding around here in the mountains.
When a vehicle can't see a bike like mine, still with reflectors and shiny Diamond ice paint...
One bark from the pipes is all it takes.
I also give a bark if the vehicle in front of me at the light, changing, needs a wake-up.
Never done to offend anyone, simply for the same reasons the Choo Choo makes noise through town.

I have Screaming Eagle pipes on my bike and feel that they definitely make my position more evident to the cages around me. That and I love the sound.

 

I say yes and no. I have had cagers not see me or hear me in front but on more times than i care to recall i have used them to get the ahole off my tail and back off. A couple of times even avoided a rear ending at a light when they clearly weren,t looking at me when i was looking at them in my mirror.

 

YES, but I would have them loud anyway,

Idiots in their cages hear what they do not bother to look out for,

Deer perk up their heads and stop in their tracks when I amon the bike, while in my Jeep they just plow on into the road,

Yes I do.I also beleive the more light you have the better your visability is.

 

I want pipes that Dyno the best. I don't put myself in a position to let someone take me out with a cage.

Hell yes loud pipes save lives.. makes them idiot other drivers wake the f' up and not run you over.
