Default Cycle Spot

Has anyone had a recent experience with purchasing from Cycle Spot? I placed an order 3 weeks ago and now they don't seem to be answering phone calls or emails.

I emailed a question to them last week and they have not responded as of yet. I am thinking this is a bad sign and I need to spend my $600.00 somewhere else.

Hope you post the outcome of your order here.

Numerous e-mails over several days from me to them went unanswered until I told him to cancel the order. With in minutes he was replying about how I'd have to pay a 20% restock fee on an item that he hadn't even shipped! You won't see a dime of mine ever go to that business.

My credit card refunded me the $$, but that's a mute point. His business practices suck IMO.

The kinds of issues mentioned in this thread are frequently signs of a business in financial trouble. I nearly ordered a $650 D&D exhaust system from them, but after hearing about these problems decided to go elsewhere (and got a better price to boot).

That's too bad, seems like Parts Direct went out earlier this year and now Cycle Spot? I guess the profit margins are pretty thin for some of these accessories. Never bought anything from them, and it looks like I don't have to worry about it now.

Thanks for the heads up guys.....I just deleted them off my favorites list. I save all the parts websites I find but they are now gone!

I used to do business with Cycle Spot. I stopped because of repeated problems such as 2 week delivery, wrong parts, and bad customer service. I found Axiom Cycles http://www.axiomcycles.com and have not only received great service but the prices are better than everyone else out there.
