Default Motor oil on bottom of primary case

I have a little motor oil on the primary drain plug and a couple bolts on the primary case. I'ts not even enough oil to drip on the garage floor when I come home and shut the bike off Hot. I switched to liqu-moly synthetic 10w60 from bel-ray 20w50 mineral oil...do you think I should go back to 20w50? I ride a 2005 electra glide classic with 44,000 miles and stage 1. Probly just gonna run it.

Yes..I changed all 3 fluids with new o rings on each drain plug...it's not leaking at the drain plug.....the oil/tranny pan looks a little wet up higher....going to get it on my lift and have a look....funny I never noticed this enigine oil on the primary case when I ran Bel-Ray 20w50.

Look behind the inner primary to see if it might be a shifter shaft seal or another seal.

Check your oil pan bolts. Good luck.

When you run out of things to check, check the bolts through the exhaust bracket on the transmission cover.

maybe the oil you spilled when changing filter has migrated back and down.
wipe it off and ride it some more
