Thanks, good to hear!
It has pulled from the day I bought it used (about 3500 miles).
1 dealer said they could not feel it. I told them to take their hands of the handlebars, and see that it immediately pulls hard to the left of the road...they said they will not do that, not supposed to ride with no hands. Whatever!
The other dealer said they checked "everything" and that "everything" was in spec, so that is just the way it is..."it is normal".
I checked everything myself, and I even cocked the rear wheel a little bit to compensate. That did make it a bit better. But I still could not shift my weight enough to the right to keep it going straight.
Cycle Therapy started at the front end and worked their way back, checking and adjusting the following:
Fall away
Fork alignment (trees)
Engine mounts
Swingarm pivot
Replaced a bad shock under warranty
Adjusted rear shocks
Straightened the rear axle
They are not sure which of all the adjustments they made produced what % improvement...but it is definitely greatly improved.
I can now put my throttle lock on and go down the road no hands...I only have to slightly adjust my weight to the right (very little).
The benefit is greatly noticeable even with my hand(s) on the bars. I no longer have to have continually pressure on the right bar to go straight. This may not sound like a lot...but when I rode for any period of time, I was getting a pretty good work out keeping it straight.
All that said, this is a Softail, with the is solid mount engine.
They said on the rubber mounts (like your SGS) it is super easy to get it dead neutral (straight), by adjusting the engine mounting.
Cool!
Ride to work this morning.
Who needs a cage? Not me, I have bungee cords.

Yesterday I spent a few hours at one of our local HD Dealerships.
Test rode a Fat Boy, and spent a good deal of time looking over the FB and a Heritage.
There is a Report with photos and video, along with my impressions, at this LINK.
Here are a couple of pics-

I failed to get photo's of the Heritage...they shrank the floorboards, and also raised them up. I suspect they did this to get better lean angle, and for youngsters, I'm guess they don't mind it...myself, I like to stretch out and not have my knees bent so much.
Video report-

A few days behind...but last Wednesday we were up at Beale Street again for Bike Night.
No, it does not get old...thousands of bikes and people, good food and conversation with Mary. Plus last Wednesday was pleasantly cool....low 80's.
We got there early....
...but with it being the first cool Wednesday in quite a while...
...it started filling up earlier than normal.
Very cool "Rat Scooter" went by...more pics later.
In this pic are two Harleys, a Victory & an Indian...sign of the times.
Sunset-
It was cool enough that we went for a walk up and down the street.
This is looking west....
...and this is looking east.
More in next post.
Ran up on the Rat Scooter.
Quite a bit of creativity in it....
...I missed the keyboard until Mary pointed it out to me. lol
Both side streets, off of Beale...
...were starting to fill up also.
Some paint that...
...caught my attention. Very detailed work. Photos do not do it justice.
Heading back up to the trike...
...for a nice ride home.

The new DK website looks good. Chuck's bike...
From your 2018 rides and what others are saying, sounds like I'd have to mod a 2018 monoshock model to get comfortable - I'm 6'3". Tall bikes and pickup trucks (without a center console) are about the only vehicles my knees can take for much over an hour without hurting. As long as I can keep the bikes I have running, doubt I'd be interested in getting anything newer anyway. Still like to keep up with what's going on in the Harley world, though.

The suspension was the bomb! I really liked it.
The floorboard placement was something else. Here's a pic of the Heritage floorboard I took yesterday. Not only is it more narrow, it sits a bit over an inch higher than the 2017's and earlier.
Compared to my 2012 Heritage with stock floorboards and Floorboard Extensions for better sitting position and to keep my boot away from exhaust and less heat on my leg.
