When I rode to work yesterday, I did not know...

...that I would be wanting to carry a fork kit home for testing. lol

Did not have enough bungie cords, so resorted to packing tape.

Made it home fine, via 15 miles of back roads. Did get sprinkled on a bit.

Carried a tire on the back of my Sporty once, no rim just hung it over the back rest and tied it on.

I cut out a piece of plywood that mounts to the tour pak bracket on my road king. It has slots all the way around it for bungie cords or tie downs. I've carried some big stuff on it. My Road King is sort of like a mini pickup.

We've been building our own place the first half of this year. This is what it looked like a few months ago-

Inside the soon to be offices-

We are not fully moved in yet. But some of us have started working there (the CNC machines are being moved today).

Yesterday was the first day I rode in and worked out of the new location.

Will have photos and a video tour of the inside soon.

Let me know when ya get settled.

It's only a days ride for me. Would like a reason to take a ride. LOL

Any camping in your area? Don't need much, just for my camper I pull with my bike.

Should be in the next month when we have everything flowing smoothly. You are welcome anytime. The building has a grass field of a couple acres that it is sitting on. You're welcome to stay there.

There is a campground about 25 miles up the road if you want to be on a lake, with normal campground services. Chewalla Lake campground.

Sweet building.... I can only imagine the "fun" you had laying out the building, placing machines, setting up for production.... Kudos!! I am big into manufacturing...and I LOVE seeing companies in the US who still manufacture!!!

You moved a good ways off. IIRC not a bad area to be in.
