Since I got our bike 10 yrs ago at 96th INDY HD.. only two people of all of them are still there ..

Ted in the Parts Dept. is one of the two and is a keeper (hope he's still their).. and I always look him up when I go to the Dealership

Anthony at Boardtracker is a good guy,
Jon at Horny Toad HD is great as well.

Never met either one of them.
Don't use dealer for 'nuttin' but to buy a bike................
