I have a 02 electra glide and cant get it to stay running the check engine light comes on it all started with a dead battery

Have you replaced the dead battery yet? You're not giving us much to go on other than it won't start and the CEL light comes on. It could be any number of things.

after you replace the battery clear the codes and see what happens
