Not really. Your original dealer figured the cost of the Stage 4 into the overall cost of the deal. So, if you want a different dealer to do the work, the first dealer would have to agree to pay the second dealer to do the work.
I'm sorry, when you posted "Bought a new bike. Included in my financing was a Stage 4 upgrade.", given the fact that "bought" and "Included" are both in the past tense, I assumed you had paid for it.
I also bought extended warranty. Canceling it. I would assume the original thiefs would have to perform the work to get paid. I'll call finance tomorrow and get difinitve answer. Thanks.
Is the dealer giving any reason for his refuse? Has the official warranty period first to be over before he may upgrade according the MoCo warranty regulations? Because upgrading gives in general more power and more load on the engine. I can imagen that the MoCo first want the bike to be worn in properly before doing any upgrade. On the other hand, you have a judicial dispute with your dealer. You ordered an upgrade, you paid for it and the dealer refuses 'to deliver'. Basic rights for any client.
