Default Collectors bikes or not? ???

Anyone think the 100th anniversary bikes will be worth more in later years?

Not to me. 2003 is the first year of TC88s I avoid.

How many 2003 100th Anniversary bikes were made?
If the number is 50,000, never.
If the number is 200, it might be worth a bit more in 2028.
IMO, limited production raises prices, not mass produced badging and paint schemes.

If I could find stock unmolested '71 FX like this one, I might pay a bit more.
XLCR's seem to be holding value too.

Nope - they made waaaaay too many of them... If you look at the 'instant collectables vehicles', I don't think any of them made money. Chevy had the 25 anniversary Vettes back in 78.... So many guys put these away. Yes, they sell for more than new BUT add in insurance and maint, etc. - these guys all lost money but they have a great story..

Usually when something, anything, is marketed as a future collectible, that's not usually the case. The 100th anniversary HD is no different.

Maybe a zero mile, un-molested Springer... in 50 - 75 years.
