Default The Radio Shack siren install.

Lots of info about the $6.49 Piezo Siren available from Radio Shack, and how to add it to an existing security system, that did not come with one.

There are also other sirens out there that will work just as well.

Did find the pigtail plug that Mates to the siren plug, and makes the whole thing plug & play.

Thought I would pass it on to those looking for the easiest way to join the bike and siren.

I put two of the radio shack sirens on my Heritage.
Very happy with the function, the price and the install difficulty (easy, about an hour)

I put the RS one on my 12 RG but left it on when I traded. Now I need to get one for the 17 RGS. I thought I bought two but can't find the other one. Fortunately I live near one of the few remaining Radio Shacks.

Instead of "security" they should advertise it as "annoyance."

I installed the Radio Shack siren on my 2016. I can't put it in chirpless mode. Do you know if by using the pigtail to connect it to the bike if it is possible to put it in chirpless mode?
I like having the siren but don't like it chirping at start up and shut down.

Do you have the Piezo siren's part number from Radio Shack? We don't have any Radio Shacks in my area but can find their inventory on Ebay. This part number would help tremendously.

Have you tried that pigtail? I believe is just the replacement for the one that is on the bike, you need the opposite matting connector that would be on the siren. I could be wrong, I am just taking a guess looking at pictures at my desk and not the bike.
