The Radio Shack siren install.

The one on the bike is a male, and held in a dead plastic holder clip.
The pigtail is a female, and fits the siren plug exactly.
Solder the pigtail red to siren red, and pigtail green/white to siren black.(pigtail black is not used) Plug it on to the bike plug and your done
2016 RG Ultra.

I know this is an old thread but just wanted to add this for anyone who is considering a radio shack siren.
I first tried the little Piezzo (sp?) siren that everyone seems to use, but IMO it was way too quiet. With any background noise such as traffic you can barely hear it anymore than 10 or 15 feet away.
Radio Shack offers a much better alternative for only a few bucks more. At $14.99 the Steren trs-450 50watt 125db siren is waaaaay louder. It is considerably larger than the Piezzo, but you can use a cutting disk or hacksaw to cut down the bell flange even with the body. Takes less than 5 minutes. Once done it fits perfectly in the frame pocket just in front of the battery (see pic).
Here's a pic of it:

You can hear my Radio Shack siren more than a quarter of a mile away.

I bought two of the small piezos before trying the trs-450 so I doubt both were defective, though I will admit my hearing ain't what it used to be. Either way, 125db > 102db. So if anyone wants a louder siren give the Steren trs-450 a try. Sound volume difference between the two is like night and day.
