LOL!!! Sorry mate.............I wear this over 'me nose.
Actually I am usually covered up 100% with NO skin showing.
Admitting we my friend, after seeing the picture out your window of the snow in the road and the bare trees, it reminded me of fond memories and New Hampshire when I lived there.
You may not have the sun and dry roads all the time, but you have some of the beauty of course.

I was born and brought up in the Boston area.
Spent a fair amount of time up in New Hampshire.
But just cannot take the coldness all the time. And the overcast gray clouds.
After moving here 3 decades ago, I still say that 2 1/2 months of burn your brains out in South Florida is better than 10 months of freezer *** off in Boston.
Having said that, it is a great place to visit! I just took my family and one of my kids friends skiing at Stowe Vermont. We were outside in their pool (indoor/outdoor pool) with 17° weather.
Again my friend, nice to visit but I would not want to live there anymore. Hats off to you for being able to handle that type of weather.
I cannot afford the "shrinkage". LOL 'doh!

We had our mid-winter thaw last week when so many other States were getting extreme weather. The daytime highs were in the upper 50s last Saturday, so I got out on my DR650. The gravel road next to my house was kind of treacherous because the road bed was still frozen under the top 2" of mud. Aside from some salt and sand, the pavement was good.

This. I left the house yesterday morning at 730 (it was 50, I did have some warm stuff on when I pulled out) and got back at 4pm with all my cold weather gear in my saddle bags. 333 miles of wandering, eating, making noise, and enjoying the 70 degree weather.
