property my family has owned for 300 + years...





this is the plantation house built around 1825?........

been remodeled and updated..........

Lake James......
straight back is Grandfather Mtn in distance

where the building is, is where the fort was burned in 'Last of the Mohicans'

couple from the BRP


first ride with the Jaybrake forwards




used to be 50 or so Pink Lady Slippers here.
Someone came at nite and dug all of them.....

Nice! My folks are up in Banner Elk. I've been to Grandfather mountain a few times. One of the most beautiful areas of the country. Can't wait to go back! Thanks for sharing.
