I google and located a retail/wholesale box company in my area. Lucky, I was able to only buy only one box. The had a box in regards to length and width, but I had to cut the height down which was no big deal.

I sold my stock heritage seat to a Louisiana member here a few years ago and shipped it to him in a mustang seat box that I kept the stock seat in

 

Start using that Amazon Prime membership in an addictive way and you'll have more boxes than you'll know what to do with soon enough.

 

U Haul sells lamp boxes in two sizes that should fit the seat.
12" x 12" x 40"and 15" x 15" x 48". I just cut the length down to the size I need.

 

Good luck with the seat. I had to ship mine back a couple times and by the time I paid to ship it there three times total I was rapidly approaching the cost of getting one of the more expensive aftermarket ones.

Seat was good after three times, but in the end I ended up getting a Two up mustang anyways.

However, this was for a Suzuki Volusia so the stock seat wasn't as good to start with as yours.

 

Keep in mind the box has to be sturdy enough for round trip.

 

Shipping place will take care of everything, my brother owns one UPS & Fed Ex they package all types of items

 

They also charge a premium for it too, at least the ones around here.
