Default Harley leans in a new direction.......

Interesting read, might be a replacement for the Freewheeler.

You mean this?
https://www.hdherd.com/forum/technic...496-vrod-trike
A Vrod Trike?
There's a company that is already doing this and not just with Vrods either but all HD bikes.
It costs about $10-13 K to convert your's over. Seen em here at the rally this past summer.
Leave it to HD to come up with a design after the fact......

I really like this and would go with this way over a trike.

Never seen that before, I agree this would be the way to go over a trike.

The original article was from 2008, and it's based on a prototype the designers did with ***** G. It sits upstairs in the HD archives as a styling exercise, approximately 10 years ago.

I haven't ridden a newer trike, but if they're anything like the older versions, they are one of the most ill handling vehicles I've ever planted my a$$ on. This newer version may be the answer for those who are no longer able to pilot two wheelers.

That's a September 2008 article, so I'd say the answer is no.

HD Penster is nothing new been around awhile. if you Visit the Museum in Milwaukee from time to time they show the 2007 and 2009 fully functioning prototypes.
Cool rides but HD chosen not to market them.

Probly not as good as a spider. The spider can flat out corner with confidence, but it still looses the lean factor that makes ridding a bike so fun.

Very interesting..............Do you use counter steering? How far over are you leaning on a slow sharp turn, I guess you don't have to worry about falling over.

I would love to hop on one just to see how it handles. Probably going to be awkward.
