Been through Texas three times and twice now I have made sure to stop at Cooper's BBQ in Llano Texas. Really good food IMO.

 

Kuma's Corner in Chicago. Staff has a sassy attitude, but food is fantastic. Don't go if you are in a hurry. Can be a long wait.

I was in Georgia last month, Fat Matts was in Atlanta and Wee ******* in Brunswick.

 

Amy's omelette house Camden, NJ over 200 hundred omelettes most with meat and the best loaded home fries. Get the country classic 4-6 slices of bacon and two sausage links.
Plus skillet fried potatoes, onion, green pepper and covered with cheese.

Dicky this should really get you hard.

 

I can second Phils in San Diego. Here in Memphis, it is all City BBQ,

 

Living in NJ there was nothing
NYC has Hill Country BBQ which is awesome
Living in FTW TX - I'm spoiled.. Rail Head, Heims, Woodshed, . Lots a choices, lots a ridin.. My fave ride though is Heims on Magnolia.
