The EFI system is disappointing me

The EFI (electronic fuel injection) system on my bike is not doing what I am expecting it to do.
Last week the temperature was about 85 or so. My bike ran terrific. It accelerated good, sounded good and handled good. I loved it. After the bike warmed up it ran really well.
A cold front came through on Friday.
Took my bike out yesterday. The bike ran poorly. It was sluggish, probably the knock sensor was activating and it did not sound good. It backfired a couple of times. After the bike warmed up it ran worse. I know the bike was running too lean.
I am thinking that the difference is the difference in the weather because that is the only thing that changed since the last time I rode the bike.
I would think that the EFI system could adjust to changes in weather.
I checked the trouble codes last night. I did have 2 ECM trouble codes. They were P0151 and P0131. Those are the codes for to low afr voltage for the front and rear cylinders. I am thinking they might have been generated when I got the backfires. But I really do not know.
How do I trouble shoot this?

Should take just a few minutes. Give the electronics a chance to work. When was the last time you changed your plugs? I'd be more inclined to believe that condensation from the sudden cooling we had over Friday may have generated a little water in your gas. You could throw a little SeaFoam in there to clean the injectors (no knowledge on bike type, condition or mileage).

I love my bike again.
I just took it out for a short but strenuous run. It ran great! Sounded great, accelerated great handled great. Just like last Sunday. Checked the trouble codes, and there were no trouble codes. No backfires, no pops etc.
I only ride on Saturday and Sunday because of the traffic in my home town. That means the bike sits for 5 days. I have noticed that the bike always runs better on Sunday than it ran on Saturday. Yes, I know you guys are going to say I am crazy again, but that is the way it seems to me.
I think that letting the bike sit for 5 days does have an effect. What that effect is I do not know. Well, yes I do know the effect, bike runs like ****. I do not know the cause.

I actually know quite a bit about the EFI system. I am trying to find a different way to ask questions in the forum so I don't **** everybody off.

Glad to here your bike is back to normal. Please don't worry about pissn folks off. If you have a question, just ask. There are a ton of people here willing to help.
