Has anyone ever taken advantage of the factory rebates for new bikes for suppliers? If your company produces parts for Harley they are given an allotment of rebates depending on their total sales to Harley. You get 10% back on the purchase of a new bike. It can take up to four months to get the rebate and I am patiently awaiting mine. I'm hoping nothing got screwy and I miss out on it. They seem to be rather particular about the paperwork. Unfortunately my HR department hasn't been very helpful on keeping me up to date on the status.

I know alot of people here likely work in manufacturing so it might be worth looking into if you think your company makes any parts for Harley.

Looking at the paperwork it seems the highest number of rebates available for any supplier is 4 and they must have yearly sales to Harley of 25 million or more to get that. I would like to think that I would have been told 3 months ago if we didn't have any more available for the year. I really need that money.
