Default MoCo to move to commonized frame system in 2018?

Was jawing with some of the fellas over at the dealership during a communal safety meeting and smoke session and was hearing rumors that 2017 is the last year for the current line-up of frames, does that mean we're saying goodbye to the dyna, softtail and XL?

Praying here that this has no truth to it.

Do you honestly think that Harley Davidson would drop everything but the Touring/FL models?

Rumor I heard is that the Dynas & touring models will share a common frame with different rear sections.

Couple threads going on this with the big dealer expo video dropping the dime on all this, yes the touring & dyna's are getting a common frame in 2018, yes the VRod is going away by October next year, and yes several models are getting dumped too in 2017. Big shake ups coming kiddies.

They offer them in anything else right now?

Round these parts it feels like HD only sells street glides.
