Help! Stalling bike in Ottawa-need advice
Hey guys.
Riding from New Brunswick to BC and near Ottawa my bike just died. Lights all fine, not fuses, not electrical, no codes, just dead.
Turns over fine, we changed plugs, fired it up, started again, made it 10 minutes, died again. Started a third time, made it 100 feet, dead for the rest of the night.
So today we went back, found that if I hold the fuel line that runs from the tank to the fuel pump tight, it runs, if I let go, it dies. Hold it at a certain angle, runs fine, let go, dies instantly.
Obviously it must be fuel related but why would it just die immediately? Shouldn't it sputter first? Maybe airlock? Help me out please guys. Thanks!

Could there be a small blockage caught in the fuel line connector that allows flow when held a certain way? I can't see that moving the external connector would effect any leaks in the internal hi pressure line.
edit: That's assuming a FI bike. State what model you have as I'm sure you will be asked!

The fuel line that runs from the bottom left of the tank to in between the cylinders, to the throttle body I guess? It's just a quick-release line, I think I'm gonna replace it for $60 and just wait and see I guess
