First year for ABS on a Harley?
Just wondering when Harley offered ABS and on what models?

First year it was an option on touring models was 2008.
I know that years prior police bikes had them, but not sure what year. My friend had an 06 police road king with ABS

We had an 06 flhp with abs. Damn unit took up half the right saddle bag. Very little room for a ticket book.

ABS was a required stipulation to qualify for consideration for CHP service.

My 2005 is like that. It's alot of space to give up, but the abs works well.
I think 05 was the first year for abs on a cop bike.

Just to keep everything in perspective, BMW introduced ABS on bikes in 1988.
