Wish my Dyna didn't have ABS. I would have ordered one without ABS, but didn't want to wait the 2 months to get the bike. Especially when a bike was already on yhe floor, ready to ride.
One of these days, I'll have to engage it. First the rear, then the front, then both. The last one should be when the rear activates sooner.

Just asking
May upgrade the wife's bike and it will have ABS. As will my next one. Every little bit helps when it comes to safety

It's part of the chronology of Harley Davidson's product development, and this is hdforums.

Now run along and bother someone else.

My '74 Sportster has ABS. It is next to impossible to lock the brakes on that bike....;-)

I know that years prior police bikes had them, but not sure what year. My friend had an 06 police road king with abs

Yeah it really made laugh when I read the following in another thread...

Maybe the shoes and drum are glazed? I used to clean mine with brake parts cleaner and sandpaper. We used to get new brake shoes bonded at a local brake shop but i don't know if they'd still do that.

It has a heavily modified stroker motor & has more engine than brakes.
