*Cost is a huge factor, even a small windshield would be $1,000's just for the plastic/poly carbonate.
*They don't change fast enough to be safe, let's say it's nice-n-dark from the bright sunny day, but you go though a tunnel,, or heavily shaded/tree canopy road,, heck the possibility of a lawsuit alone prevents anyone from making one.
