I was on a couple of cruises recently one of which offered the HD tour in Aruba... (Cozumel would be the same) Thought about it for a sec and...... naaaaaaa I don't think so....I can ride my own Harley on my terms any other time... I went SCUBA diving instead....
The HD tour is expensive for just 4 or 5 hours and that includes the travel time to and from the shop, paper signing etc... $375.00 (Canadian bucks) for driver and I believe passenger is extra.
You're accompanied by a guide and must travel in a group like a herd of sheep where they want you to go. Yes you're site seeing but you can see those sites for a lot less on other excursions...
Drivers in Cozumel are aggressive...
Like Aruba I chose to go SCUBA diving in Cozumel when we were there on a previous cruise... Best diving in the world IMO. Not saying that this would be your cup of tea either.

And September is prime hurricane season....
+1 - been there done that...I'd rather spend my few short hours on shore admiring the scenery at the beach...

I didn't do the math but it seems to be around $700.00 extra to bring the scoots...

Like what MikeK02048 was talking about... Royal Caribbean has in the past offered cruises with limited space where you bring your bike, stow it below and ride off the ship at most of the ports... However I don't recall seeing anything on their website about it recently.
Google is your friend...

been to cozumel at least 6 times..tiny little island..no need for real motorcycle..done a a twist and go scooter, piece of crap jeep and taxi...again tiny little island...and you must avoid shopping/store area if you are on one..best to enjoy beach.
been to aruba..much larger island..better roads..seen the harley rentals but did not participate..lots of sand on road..a jeep would be more safe..i guess it would be fun to ride a motorcycle for those escaping the snow...they have some twist and go scooters by port...caution sand on roads.
been to bahamas (nassau) several times..drive on left side of road..many many many round abouts/circles...very few traffic lights..use to do the twist and go scooters..but too many tourist jump out in front of you.

1. There is no Harley dealer in Coz - this must be a private outfit
2. Those are sporties for sure
3. Drivers there are insane, you could get killed, no lie
4. I agree with the guy who said go diving instead.. great diving.
One other thing - I have done about 15 cruises - Carnival Rocks, everyone else is too laid back for us(we like to party). Just my opinion, but the wife and I just love Carnival. The only caveat is we have been on Royal C twice, but not on one of the mega ships - I would like to try one of those. Of course, ANY cruise is awesome. No better vacation on earth.
BTW- good deals on Jewelry in COZ too. Just sayin'

I've cruised Voyager of the Seas....awesome ship! Hit 10m seas by Cuba and the ship never flinched...no noticeable motion at all....and down on the boat deck, man those were big waves!
